Winter Term - Begins on Monday 21st November 2011

Our Absolute Beginners class is held on two evenings a week, Tuesday and Thursday between 8.00-9.00 pm and Thursday evening 8.30-9.30 pm in Bradford on Avon. This class runs for 20 weeks and gives everyone a good foundation in couple dancing, in both the Ballroom and Latin disciplines.Big social enhancers for all age groups are Scottish Country and Irish classes. Traditional set dances with a touch of technique.

The year is split into four teaching periods with at least one week of pure practise at the end of the teaching period.Only two dances will be taught in our beginners/improvers classes over each period.This will make it easier to move around and choose the dances you wish to learn, and to join a class mid term, both for beginners and existing pupils.

For all those people taking medals, these courses give a wider range of figures and the chance for you to put together your own routine.Details of medal test requirements are available on request.

In addition to our scheduled classes, we also offer the following by appointment:

  • First Dance - Wedding Couples £15.00 per half hour

  • Private Lessons (couples only) £15.00 per half hour

  • Competition Training £15.00 per half hour

  • Professional Tuition £16.00 per half hour

Please note: Cancellation of a private or professional lesson requires 24 hours notice. A cancellation at short notice must be paid for.

Lesson Cards

These are available for lessons and can be purchased at reception. You can purchase 10 weeks for Ballroom & Latin classes and 6 weeks for Irish and Tap. You pay for these first, and then bring your card in with you each week, where it is marked off at reception.

Payment

Payment for lessons may be made in cash or by cheque. We regret that we are unable to take payment by credit or debit card.
